The future of the empty antiques shop at the top of Blackheath Hill is coming to a critical point. On one side the site owners, Oceanview Properties, want to convert it into flats, while on the other side a group of local activists, Dartmouth Hill Community Shop Ltd, want to run it as a community meeting place, shop and café.
