Today, we issued a letter to neighbours of The Borough Hall, Royal Hill, London, SE10 8RE concerning an upcoming public consultation event for emerging proposals at the Site.

 

This letter can be found attached to this email. 

 

The public consultation event is an opportunity for members of the community to share their feedback on the current proposals and shape the plans ahead of a planning application being submitted at the Site.

 

We would like to invite the Ashburnham Triangle Association to this event to share your thoughts on the proposals at this current stage.

 

The event will be held between 3pm and 7pm on Friday 17th July at a venue a short distance away from the site. Full details of this are provided below:

 

  • Date: Friday 17th July
  • Time: 15:00-19:00
  • Venue: Ground Floor, Room 4, Greenwich West Community & Arts Centre, 141 Greenwich High Road, London, SE10 8JL

 

Further information regarding this event is provided in the letter attached to this email.

 

The project team are committed to engaging with members of the public and will use these comments in the evolution of the scheme’s design.

75 Ashburnham Grove - UPDATE & ACTION

The property is now being filled with vulnerable people housed through the Noble Tree Charity working with Luton Borough Council.   An updated management plan has been produced by the developer (Grosvenor House) and Noble Tree setting out how it will operate. The community has been invited to look at the document and feedback.   Peter Ferenz (a local resident) has kindly offered to collate community responses.
