After a quiet summer the Planning Hub has been notified of two Planning Applications within the Triangle which we thought you might be interested in. The first we have previously sent invitations out on inviting you to see proposals for a small redevelopment at the Guildford Arms. Their Application has now been submitted and is live on the Council's Planning Portal at https://planning.royalgreenwich.gov.uk/online-applications/ under reference 17/2340/F. The proposal is for the construction of a 3 storey residential dwelling fronting Devonshire Drive replicating the former dwelling known as 61 Devonshire Drive , and the conversion of the first and second floors of the existing public house from pub/restaurant use to create a single flat and the demolition of the current rear extension to facilitate the redevelopment of lower ground floor and ground floor for the Public House.
