New exercise classes at St. John's Church - Monday afternoons! (updated flyer/details)
Hello everyone,
Sarah McGowan's "Move It or Lose It" exercises classes for older adults have just started in St John’s Church on Monday afternoons (1:45-2:45pm) with parking available. Sarah's Tuesday class is also still running at 10-11am at Greenwich West.

at St John’s Church, St John’s Vale (entrance on Lewisham Way), SE8. Mondays
1.45-2.45pm. £9. Accessible/free parking.
- Greenwich: Greenwich
West Community Centre, 141 Greenwich High Road, SE10. Tuesdays 10-11am. £8.
Accessible.
Please wear comfortable
clothes and trainers/practical footwear.
