Evening concert at the Queen’s House: Saturday, 6 December // limited free tickets for AT residents

With Christmas fast approaching and as a matter of appreciation for our support this year, Royal Museums Greenwich are offering 5 complimentary tickets to members of the Ashburnham Triangle Association for their upcoming concert:

 

Evening concert at the Queen’s House with the Holtág Quartet | Royal Museums Greenwich Saturday 6 December 2025, 7.30pm-8.30pm.

 

Royal Museums Greenwich are excited for The Quartet to perform- the group comprises students from Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance. They made their debut on BBC Radio 3's In Tune and were awarded the Sir John Barbirolli Prize for String Quartets.

 

This concert is part of a series of evening performances at the Queen's House, organised in partnership with the Faculty of Music at Trinity Laban and generously supported by The Rainbow Dickinson Trust. More performances will take place next year.

Hello everyone - as you know, plans have been submitted for the redevelopment of the Lewisham College Deptford Campus into a complex of hundreds of new flats. These plans have elicited resident concerns about the potential impact of such a significant development on both neighbourhood and skyline. On Wednesday 7 May, 7pm at the Ashburnham Arms, please join us for a discussion of the redevelopment project. Confirmed guest speakers include: Aidan Smith, Councillor, Greenwich Park Ward Raj Patel, Representative, Greenwich Society Mick Delap, Founder of the CreekLink charity A few suggestions on the day: Our discussion will begin promptly at 7pm. 75 Ashburnham Grove - UPDATE & ACTION

The property is now being filled with vulnerable people housed through the Noble Tree Charity working with Luton Borough Council.   An updated management plan has been produced by the developer (Grosvenor House) and Noble Tree setting out how it will operate. The community has been invited to look at the document and feedback.   Peter Ferenz (a local resident) has kindly offered to collate community responses.
