Planning Application News rear of Brant House, Blackheath Road

Another Planning Application has recently been submitted in relation to the landlocked site to the rear of Brandt House, 89-91 Blackheath Road, Greenwich, SE10. Proposal is the construction of a single storey plus basement, three-bed dwelling house with associated refuse and cycle storage.
Further details can be found on the Council's Planning Portal using Application Reference 18/1444/F.
This proposal will affect Triangle residents in Admirals Gate, Sycamore Court and properties around the Blackheath Road and Greenwich South Street Junction.
Any comments can be made online on the Council's Planning portal by the 18th July.
