Market Studios is located on Durnford Street, Greenwich Market SE10 9HZ.  Access via Durnford Street from the West entrance to the Greenwich covered market.

10.00am - 3K HIIT & Run with Yasia

A 3K run with a 5 minute strength and conditioning session every one kilometer.
